This award winning boutique gin distillery and bar sits in the heart of Richmond, Melbourne. As a family owned and run business, Brogan’s Way is much-loved by Melbournians (and gin aficionados around the country)

The Challenge

Brogan’s Way had worked with multiple digital agencies and completed multiple strategy packages without achieving their desired outcomes. They were looking for a hands-on solution that would also empower and educate the in-house team.

The Solution

To start, a comprehensive social media and digital marketing audit was completed to determine which existing activities would stay and which needed to be tweaked. Then a consultancy package allowed me to work with the business to deliver the necessary changes.

The in-house Marketing Manager also completed my Facebook Ads Course, The Meaningful Ads Club. This was paired with customised coaching sessions to allow Brogan’s Way to bring this service in-house.
