THE CHALLENGE
Founded by Tracie Ellis in 2000, Aura Home has since become a premier designer bedlinen and homewares brand throughout Australia and abroad. They are well known amongst interiors lovers for their range of rich, textured pieces that bring contemporary style and luxury to any home. They needed a social media agency who could create strategic and aesthetic content that would match their premium branding.
The solution
We started by analysing their competitors and doing a deep dive into their current results. Then we set a new strategic direction that focused on story telling through beautiful photography and short form video.
KEY OUTCOMES
In the first month of posting, we were able to gain a 10% increase in reach and increase the engagement rate on Instagram by 1.3% - not a bad feat seeing as they already had a large following and established audience.
We increased the average Instagram Reel view by 200% by focusing on creating visually appealing content and using on-brand trending audios.
We increased the production quality of Instagram Reels by shooting with professional gear instead of the previous iPhone footage. This ensured all the content created matched the high standards of the brand.
In the first 90 days of posting, Instagram reach increased by a massive 70%.

Premium Instagram Reels
For a design brand, aesthetics are everything. We were able to level up the quality of Aura Home’s Instagram Reels by using professional grade cameras and equipment.
