Social Media Marketing for Bluey Hammerbarn at Bunnings
Last month, The Meaningful Social Club had the exciting opportunity to create social media content for the launch of the new Bluey Hammerbarn products at Bunnings. In partnership with our client Hunter Leisure, we developed playful and colourful content to showcase these adorable products. They were so much fun to work with!
Since Bluey is such a beloved character for families worldwide, we knew the photography and videography style needed to feel warm, loving, and relatable. Instead of focusing only on an unboxing video, we wanted to take it a step further. We created UGC-style content that highlighted how the products fit perfectly into a child’s bedroom, as well as in-store content to show them on the shelves.
As this range includes Bluey-themed room decorations designed to brighten up a child’s room, we set out to show parents exactly what their kid’s bedroom could look like with these adorable decor. By doing this, we were able to create a visual story: not just what is inside the box, but how it feels to live with these products. From a short-form video, parents could see how the items look in a real bedroom, helping them picture the joy their own child might experience.
With a mix of trending audio, DIY-style filming, and a clever creative strategy, we built a suite of assets tailored for Instagram and TikTok that felt authentic and easy for parents to relate with.
By showing Bluey not just as a product, but as part of a child’s everyday space, we were able to bring the range to life in a way that inspires and excites families.
