Case Study: Mother’s Day Campaign for Aura Home
With Mother’s Day being one of the key gifting occasions for Melbourne interiors brand Aura Home, we visited their Hawksburn store to gather some gorgeous content. Come behind the scenes with us and find out more about how we pulled together this fun and inspiring campaign.
As with any content shoot for our social media clients, the day started with a strong shoot plan. We had already communicated with the client to find out what products they wanted to focus on for Mother’s Day Gifting. Then we researched trends and trending audios to ideate some really strong Instagram Reel ideas.
One piece of feedback from the client is that they wanted to supercharge their Instagram follower growth, which in today’s landscape isn’t the easiest thing to do! With increased competition and stagnant user growth on the platform, it can be hard to grow followers in 2024.
However, we came up with a plan to combine our on trend, super engaging Reels with a tag a friend competition. As you can see from the screenshot below, this competition gained over 1k entries in 48 hours, helping the brand to reach lots of new potential followers in a fun, on brand, and engaging way.
