Since launching, we’ve been making a serious impact in the Social Media space in Melbourne. Now we’re looking for someone to come in at the ground floor and take us to a whole new level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and wants the opportunity to make an impact with their career.
You’ll be working with exciting Australian businesses across the lifestyle, arts, wellness and skincare industries.
About the role:
We don’t like to put labels or pre-requisites on what we’re looking for. For us, having the right values, attitude, and creative vision are things you can’t teach, and are far more important than superficial things like number of years’ experience.
Attributes that would help in this role:
Passion for social media, in particular TikTok and Instagram. We want someone who actually spends time on these platforms for fun and has a deep understanding of trends and what works for each one.
Creative thinker. This role requires elements of design, photography, copywriting and videography. You don’t need to be an expert on all of these things, but a basic skill level, innate ability, and eye for detail would be ideal.
Be a great storyteller - no matter the medium! Whether you’re shooting and editing a reel, or writing a caption, you’ll have an innate understanding of how to hook people and tell a story! With the goal of getting more likes, comments, saves, shares and follows for our clients.
Applicants who can show their skills with short form video will be looked at favourably. TikTok and Reels are a big focus for us!
Inquisitive mind and willingness to learn. One of the biggest values we hold is that of continuous improvement. We’re passionate about team members learning and upskilling. We’re looking for someone who is always striving for better in their work and their abilities.
Ability to take initiative and work independently. While you will be supported and given creative direction and strategy for your clients, you will be expected to make decisions on your own and be able to trust your own judgment.

Be able to attend client locations in and around Melbourne to shoot content for Instagram and TikTok.

Key responsibilities:
Manage clients’ end-to-end social media presence, with a focus on content creation, caption copywriting and scheduling.
Design social media posts and stories using Canva or Adobe Suite
Plan, shooting and editing of Reels & TikToks
Research content trends and generate new and exciting ideas for clients
Some account management. Attending client meetings and communicating via email
End of month reporting - reporting on key stats and drawing insights

Salary dependent on experience. Must be based in Melbourne and be able to travel to the city and beyond to visit clients on location.
