We are looking for a multi-talented Social Media Manager who has a passion for social media, including strategy and content creation. This role will be responsible for clients in the skincare and wellness industries so you must have a passion for this!

You will be responsible for creating social media strategies for our clients, including capturing content on location in Melbourne. The successful candidate must be able to attend client sites within Melbourne.

The role is hybrid, with Mondays and Wednesdays working from our office in Altona. The rest of the time will be spent working from home and visiting clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage clients’ social media profiles from end to end, including strategy and content ideation, content planning, content creation, scheduling and community management.

  • Along with the art director and our in house photographers, set the creative direction and facilitate the content creation of clients’ social media posts.

  • Film some content yourself, particularly TikTok style content and basic photography

  • End of month reporting and presenting results to clients

  • Contributing to agency owned social media platforms

REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Must have relevant experience in Social Media Management, including basic strategy, content creation and community management

  • Must have a keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest social media trends and be well versed in the latest Instagram and TikTok trends

  • Applicants who have a TikTok or can show they are able to create content for this platform will be viewed preferably

  • Must have a creative eye and love of aesthetics. Applicants who can showcase experience and aptitude in creative direction, design, photography, video or all of the above will be treated preferably.

  • Must have excellent written English skills and be able to communicate well with clients. We are looking for someone who is able to represent the agency professionally to our clients and who can speak with confidence in client meetings.

  • Be able to work self-sufficiently, taking initiative to continually improve clients’ social media content.

  • Be a team player, collaborating and sharing ideas and insights with others so we can all grow together.

Remuneration for this role: $60-$65k depending on experience
