Case Study: The Usual Joint

The Client:

The Usual Joint serves the best coffee on the west side (and that’s not an exaggeration - you need to try it to believe it). The young and talented in house team is also making some incredible food, including Asian cakes and pastries that often sell out as soon as they come out of the oven.

The Challenge:

Part owner Jenny Quach and her team are so focused on turning out fantastic food and drinks, they often don’t have time to focus on creating content for social media. As some of the staff have a background in marketing, they knew what they needed to do, they just didn’t have time. They also wanted to highlight the quality of the food, in particular the cakes, which are made fresh, in- house each day.

The Solution:

I was able to offer Jenny and her team a simple and affordable social media content package for their cafe. By scheduling in regular shoots, I was able to create enough content for The Usual Joint to easily fill their content calendar for the year. I was also available to assist with a small yet effective social media advertising strategy to reach new potential customers.
